JOB OVERVIEW

We have a growing SEO firm, and our hands are not enough to keep up anymore.

We need 1 experienced SEO agent (you).

You must have experience at the following:
-Finding & building authority links, high DR authority links, the best ones possible for specific industries like Cannabis, Real Estate, Restaurants, and Medical Practices
-Making on-page changes to optimize: Titles, Paragraph Text, Meta Data, Image Optimizations
-Making site-wide optimization changes like advanced schema's, robots/sitemaps,
-Setting up tracking platforms like: Google analytics, Search Console, Goal Tracking, etc
-Finding, Identifying, and Obtaining High-Quality backlinks.

We already have a crap ton of experience, and we have our own checklists, and on-page strategies. You MUST be willing to learn OUR strategies, and mix in what we don't do on top of what we ask to be done.

We DO NOT KNOW EVERYTHING, your additional knowledge and experience would bring value to our team in addition to the hands we need now.

The average employee with us has been employed for over 1 year. We want a long term position. Growth with the company, salary raises, promotions, bonuses, and much much more are Upgrade to see actual infoeck us out ---> Upgrade to see actual info

ONLY APPLY THROUGH ONLINEJOBS, do not reach out. If we don't contact you, don't reach out.

Answer the following questions when applying:

1. What is the most difficult/competitive key phrase you've ever ranked a website for? What was the phrase? How many searches/month? What industry?
2. What strategies do you use that actually generated that result?
3. If we were to ask you to work on 10-20 of our client's profiles at once, would this scare you? Or excite you? (you would be under supervision and guidance of our SEO project manager, so this isn't alone and have to do everything yourself).
4. What is the smallest salary (for full time) that you're willing to work for to prove to us that you're worth more and a long term position? I'm a big believer in giving someone a full 1-month trial for a humble salary to prove themselves, then give them raises progressively as they(you) become more and more valuable to our operations.

Looking forward to finding someone great. :)
