JOB OVERVIEW

Facebook ads gun needed

The ideal candidate needs to have a 2+ years experience working in Facebook Ads manager. As a Facebook Ad Specialist, you’ll implement, optimize and report on social strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client, product, market and target audience research
• Use this research & working closely with our PPC manager, come up ad copy that engages and converts (most accounts are lead gen)
• Work closely with our graphic designer to create images that work with the ad copy
• Develop campaign strategy, structure etc. to enable efficient and profitable management.
• Set up events/conversion points
• ROI: Generating leads and sales. We are judged on lead volume and so will this role be.
• Proactive account management - Always testing and trialling new ideas
• Analyze data and gain insights in order to achieve maximum ---------- in Facebook
• Competitive monitoring and research
• Reporting.

Qualification:
• 2+ years experience using Facebook Ads Manager (if you haven't used Ads Manager in a previous position, you need not apply)
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker
• Must be fast, accurate, organized and possess ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong copywriting skills and strong concept ability
• An ability to think outside the box and execute ideas quickly
• Ability to analyse data and make decisions
• Must be curious and want to know more, either by learning and or testing

The role is part-time (20 hours) with a view to becoming full ---------- your response can you provide:
- a brief bio of last few years
- expected salary - both part-time and full time in PHP
- Availability (Days / Hours)

As part of the recruitment process, the shortlisted candidate will be asked to write ad copy for 3 products.
