Zoho CRM XML Custom Import

Must be Zoho Expert for this job. Need someone to take my XML (or text flat file), parse the data and then get the parsed data into my Zoho CRM. You must have experience with Zoho, may use Zoho Creator or Zoho Deluge to complete task.
