Copywriter / Designer (Online Advertisements)

Responsibilities:
1. Create online advertisements to achive high click through rate (CTR) and conversion rate (CR) i.e. convert visitors into sales or leads
2. Write "Headlines"
3. Write "Copies" (advertisement text)
4. Create "Web Banners"
5. Create "Landing Pages"

Requirements:
- Creative and exceptional copywriting skills
- Good graphic editing skills (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Coreldraw)
- Good programming skills (PHP, CSS, HTML, Javascript)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to learn quickly and show continuous improvement
- Multilingualism (Spanish/ Portugese/ French/ Chinese/ German) favored but not essential

Remarks:
- This position is home-based.
- The working hours are flexible and you're required to work forty (40) hours per week.
- Tasks will be communicated through emails, online chats and voice calls.
