Amazon Account Manager

I am looking for a Full-Time virtual assistant to help me manage my Amazon business.

About Me:

I have an e-commerce company and a big part of it so far has been selling through Amazon. I fulfill most of the orders right now myself while leveraging FBA for a small portion. As you can imagine, this means dealing with a lot of customer service issues in addition to the plethora of everyday Amazon tasks. I’m therefore looking for someone with significant experience managing Amazon businesses so that I can free up my time to focus on the other areas of the business.

Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility will be to provide world-class customer support and maintain excellent customer feedback.
Monitor all shipments so you can preempt problems such as late deliveries and deal with them before the customer contacts us.
Process customer returns, determine nature and reason for return and assess if product is returnable. Correct and reship incorrect ---------- municate with shipping and receiving staff to make sure all orders are fulfilled and shipped
Oversee overall Amazon account to make sure we’re meeting and exceeding Amazon’s KPIs as well as our KPIs
Monitor ASINs for any abnormalities such as a significant drop in sales and independently fix any such issues within discussed guidelines.
Administrative duties such as sending internal emails, online account setup, data entry and processing.
Assist with other parts of the overall business when needed, such as handling customer service issues outside Amazon as well as product creation and listing.

Requirements:

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
2+ years experience with Amazon Seller Central in a capacity that includes handling customer service as well as product creation and updates at a minimum.
Familiarity with tools such as ShipStation, Zendesk, JungleScout and Amazon Repricers
Able to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team to meet company objectives.
Flexible and willing to work on other assigned tasks.
