ClarusApex provides superior customer experience for the recruitment and staffing process of international companies mainly in Central and Eastern Europe. We operate multiple own websites on the basis of WordPress and would like to offer also to our clients their own recruiting and marketing websites.

We are looking to hire a skilled WordPress Designer to design and implement attractive and functional websites for our company group and clients. All websites are built on the basis of page builder (Elementor Pro, Beaver Builder) and are using standard plugins as backend.

Job Description:

Must be able to set up, design, and improve WordPress websites on the basis of client instructions and design guidelines.

Advanced knowledge of:
o Elementor Pro page builder including Elementor Theme builder functions
o ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) PRO
o Webhooks / RestAPI
o FacetWP
o Custom Post Type UI
o Child Themes
o HTML5
o CSS3
o PHP
o Cpanel
o Google Analytics
• Additional knowledge in:
o Beaver Builder
o Beaver Themer
o Astra Pro
o Schema Markups
o AMP
o Hello Theme
o SQL

• Fast Internet to work effectively
• Willing to test and learn about new Plugins and WordPress design trends
• Sometimes virtual assistant tasks like technical research
• SEO optimization tasks based on website evaluation report results
• Must complete 40 hours each week using Hubstaff time and activity tracker app

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- Starting pay Php 35,000.00/month salary
- Pay on the 1st and 15th of every month
- 1-week paid trial period
- 13th-month bonus (starting in December 2020) proportional to work months in the year
- Can work 2 pm until 10 pm, with flexibility option but agreed upon in advance.
