Sales and Marketing Associates NEEDED

WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE: 8AM-4:30PM Central Daylight Time, Mondays to Fridays, 40 hours per week
WORK DURATION: Full-Time
RATE & SALARY RANGE: $500-$600/Month + Commissions – PAID WEEKLY

DESCRIPTION AND INFORMATION: We are looking for efficient, dedicated loyal individuals that can contribute to our goal of being the best in class for a healthcare waste disposal company in the United States.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
• Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
• Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
• Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material
• Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities



Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
At least 1 year experience in BPO Sales / Marketing / Customer Service
Experienced on E-commerce research and listing experience (Amazon, Ebay, Walmart)/ Appointment setting is preferred but not required
Excellent English verbal and written communication
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Team player; Proactive with a positive mindset
Skilled in negotiation, persistent, persuasive, confident, assertive and goal oriented.
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
Work from home experienced preferred, but also not required
Strong and reliable internet connection, preferably 15Mbps or faster, noise-cancelling headset; quiet background.
Willing to work US TIME: 8am – 4:30pm CST
