Online Marketing Expert and web master

Our Company is looking for someone who has the experience in the areas of online and social media marketing, web master, and SEO with strong public relations.
I will hire a full-time worker with 3 months probational period, and this job will be for a long term.

The candidate should:
-Demonstrate creativity and documented immersion in Social Media
- Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+Local, YouTube, etc.) And how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Exhibit the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
- Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research.
-General VA tasks.
