Compliance Auditor

Wing is a local fast-growing startup telecommunications company headquartered in New York and currently seeking the right candidate for Compliance Auditor position. The selected applicant will be joining our dynamic team consisting of people from the Philippines, the United States, Canada, and Argentina, where you will be responsible for conducting compliance audits of all departments to ensure efficiency in Wing’s processes, therefore setting us above our competitors.


Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
- Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
- Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.
- Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.
- Communicate audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with the Compliance Manager
- Analyze potential risks within specific areas of a company in order to avoid compliance issues.
- Identify and resolve operational issues with improvements in the work process.


Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a Compliance Auditor, QA Analyst, Team Leader, or similar position.
- Experience working remotely
- Willing to work on graveyard hours and on weekends (Eastern Time)
- Strong knowledge of telecom industry processes and regulations preferred, but not required
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skill
- Ability to come up with efficient and strategic processes
- Strong critical thinking skills and has good retention of information
- Ability to set and meet aggressive objectives and has a strong sense of urgency
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to details, documentation, presentation, and processes building skills
- Strong command of the English language in both written and spoken
