Project Manager (Digital Marketing & Social Media)

An American Spiritual Coach is urgently looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for management of the client’s Digital and Social Media campaign.

The Project Manager is responsible for management of the client’s Digital and Social Media campaign.
Hershel will work with the Digital Marketing specialists, Web developers, CRM, Social Media Managers, Content writers to create and set out systems and processes.
Best practices, scope management, timeline management and client communication will be utilized to ensure the success of the projects. They will be required to have experience in understanding the client’s requests within the scope of work, communicating ---------- SENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Manage daily project management responsibilities
• Communicates effectively between clients and liaises well with the internal team.
• Works directly with the team to manage the overall scope.
• Manages and assigns support tasks effectively and communicates clearly back to clients
• Creates timeline/schedule for requirements.
• Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
• Effectively manages all projects assigned by manager and/or coordinators.
• Performs other related duties as ---------- CATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of Digital/Marketing/Social Media project management experience.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
• The candidate must be detail oriented, well organized, and self-motivated.
• Time management, planning and workflow management
• The candidate must have knowledge of brand awareness, website development/marketing, YT, Podcasts, Kabaji/funnels, Client support.
• Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual.
• Must have strong creative, technical and analytical skills.
• Must possess excellent communication skills in both technical and business environments


Hours/week: 30-40
Time zone: Pacific, Flextime
Rate: $ 6-8/hour depending on experience.
