And I'm looking for a customer service VA to help me grow my business.

This Role Will Include :
-answer customer Emails
-Respond to Paypal dispute cases.
-Send tracking number
-Help me with small jobs
-Respond to PayPal cases
-Help customers with live chat (Tidio)and email customer service

Skills & Qualifications :

-Be fluent in English**
-Have great people's skill*
-Understand and use Zendesk
-Understand how Shopify works*
-Understand how PayPal works*
-Understand How Tidio Works(It's easy if you don't know, Can work with Zendesk)
-Have great management skills
-Pay attention
-Learn fast
