Animator

We are looking for a talented Animator to take the lead on the design of 10 videos for our startup. The core duties include strategic participation in new product and UI designs, development of high-fidelity multimedia, and assisting with other product development initiatives as ---------- ndidates must have a successful track record of developing high quality designs and animations. This role has a lot of autonomy and will require a self-starter attitude and a strong bias for action.
This is a freelance position with a need to make two 1-minute videos, and eight 20-40 second videos.
Skills & Knowledge
• Gathering and refining requirements
• Developing product/feature narratives, storyboards, scripts, and designs
• Persona and character development
• Creating and enforce design standards
• Design, build, and refine animations and multimedia
• Conducting design reviews as part of an agile, iterative process

Required Experience
• Excellent experience in computer animation, graphic design, or related field
• Portfolio of work demonstrating creativity, design, and technology aptitude
