We are looking for a "closer" to perform client consultations by phone. If you have EXCELLENT phone skills and a natural ability to convert leads, we want YOU!
Responsibilities:
1. Talks to leads, performs conflict checks, qualifies leads and identifies issues involved in case by asking a series of questions, and motivates lead to become a client.
2. Schedules qualified leads for subsequent consultation with attorney; accepts and processes payment of consultation fees.
3. Follows up with leads who have not scheduled a consultation or did not prepay their consultation fee.
4. Prepares attorney with all the information needed for a successful consultation.
5. Follows up with prospects who have not yet retained the firm.
6. Monitors daily call history and voi
7. Provides instructions to receptionists, checks messages taken by receptionists, and gathers additional information as required.
8. Follows up on referrals.
9. Follows up to obtain client reviews.
10. Maintains and updates a tracking system to monitor and report on progress with leads, prospective new clients, and referral sources. Provides weekly reports to the Owner.
11. Updates scripts.
12. Documents and updates Standard Operating Procedures.
You will be given access to the VoIP phone system (RingCentral) to make phone calls on behalf of the firm. This is my

Education & Experience
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Experience with a cloud-based/web-based CRM and case management system.
• Knowledge of the legal industry is an asset.
• Education and/or work experience equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s Degree.
