Software Quality Assurance

At Maven Software Development we are looking for an experienced software quality assurance agent. We have several projects, but we are particularly looking for help on a large door-to-door point-of-sale project.

THIS PERSON WILL:

Proactively test their assigned team's product areas
Work with their assigned team to prioritize and correct issues
Learn from support tickets by maintaining metrics, identifying trends and performing root cause analysis
Maintain test cases for their assigned team's product areas
Identify and implement automation test cases that require minimal maintenance
Own the regression testing for mobile and web releases
Analyze test results and report them to the development team

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

Has a strong working knowledge of software engineering and testing methodologies
Thrives in a collaborative team environment
Has good critical thinking skills
Is able to write and execute test cases
Has a user-oriented perspective
Is able to work in an agile environment
Is experienced with manual testing and a desire to do automation testing
