JOB OVERVIEW

Job Purpose:

This role is primarily responsible for editing videos and managing our social media channels. This person should understand the nature of the business and the processes/systems in order to support the team.

Job Description:

Work on your client’s assigned projects and tasks and submit them on time. These may include the following:
- Video editing - using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Managing video and audio file assets
- Database management and maintenance
- Project management of creative, web, and copywriting services
- Calls and meetings (online)
- Documenting manual and processes
- Research work - research for a particular topic to help us create training for our clients or content creation.
- Social Media - scheduling/planning/posting/editing
- Miscellaneous tasks

Job Qualifications:
- Past working experience with US based company and understanding of the basic processes of an online company
- Communicate well in English both written and verbal
- Must have experience with video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Be flexible and open
- Be familiar with online tools and programs (ex. spreadsheets and data entry/management) and have the ability and initiative to explore and learn new ones
- Comfortable working in a team
- Be attentive to details
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to handle multiple tasks and projects
- Be able to be efficient and stay organized.
- Be confident in making decisions after being trained. Problem-solving skills and making decisions with minimal guidance is a great thing to have.
- Be willing to ask questions and learn new tools (we’ll train you on everything but will have you work with multiple tools and systems)
- Experience with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Presentations)
