Facebook and youtube ads expert (strong english speaking, writing)

I’m looking for the mid-level to expert freelancer who I do not have to train
With paid traffic.
I prefer the freelancers to be highly articulate, self motivated, and have their own
tools, accounts, systems and processes already set up
1. Must understand all aspects of creating, split testing, analyzing, running and
scaling
cost effective ad campaigns that bring in Upgrade to see actual info for both facebook and Upgrade to see actual info ads.
2. Need to be able to write and optimize ad content and have skills with creating
landing pages for ads using clickfunnels.com and/or Upgrade to see actual info (kartra is super easy

2. Must be able to meet KPI objectives set up and keeping in constant contact with

facebook
and youtube support representatives and/or Helpdesk to make sure all ads funnels
are compliant.
3.should be able to upload all campaign data, ad campaign with images to

and use skype.com, and/or Upgrade to see actual info to communicate.
