We are a Real Estate company looking for an Outbound Caller that speaks good English and has experience in scheduling appointments or a strong sales background. The person chosen will learn how to talk to homeowners looking to sell their homes, learn how to determine the seller's motivation, and set appointments for an investor to either further speak or meet with. Not too hard!
You will be working US daytime hours, Monday-Friday. We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking to people and is skilled at setting appointments. This is not a pushy sales job.
Each day all work-related activities shall be reported, follow-up calls will be made, and appointments will be set.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Maintain a list of leads and follow-ups with potential sellers.
-Arrange meetings and sales calls with potential leads.
-Specialize in outbound telemarketing or in sales for Real Estate Investors.
Requirements:
-Must have a positive attitude.
-Be able to receive constructive feedback.
-Excellent English ( verbal/ writting)
-Reliable and consistently able to work.
-Needs a quiet noise-free environment.
-Needs a personal computer, a headset with a microphone, and a reliable internet connection to make the calls.
-Preferably experience with Google Chrome web browser.
- Must be able to take notes in computer software while on the phone with homeowners.
