Hi!

We are looking for someone to work for our small east coast based home service company! Come represent an awesome company and a great team! We care about our staff!

In this role you will be handling phone and email customer support as well as team communication over Slack. You'll have some variety in this role as you'll also have your hand in scheduling. This is a FULL TIME and LONG TERM position :). Come be a key member of our awesome team :)!

Requirements:
*English Speaking VA and very comfortable on the phone
* Must have a PLEASANT phone voice :)
*Must have customer service experience
*Well organized
*Work east coast hours Monday through Friday 8:00am EST to 5:00pm EST
*Hubstaff to track working hours
*Reliable Internet - hard wired, Reliable PC, Noise Cancelling Headset
*Must be comfortable asking questions and asking for help
