Email Harvesting

Looking to generate B2C (NOT B2B!) contact info leads.
Must have access to software/programs that allow for web-scraping based on keywords/demographics. Must be highly organized so that info is not duplicated and communication/documentation of progress is organized and simple to understand. Expectation is to generate 50 leads per hour.
