HTLM Image Scroll needing to be designed.

Hello we are developing a website and need an Image Scroll
to be designed.

This project is very specific

We want to use the same Image Scroll that this site has. It is the
large Image Scroll at the top middle of the page. Where the Scroll
buttons are in the middle. Below is the site.

Or design dimensions need to be

960px x 342px

This project should not take very long for an experience developer.

I am looking for someone that understands the layout and can get
it done the first time right.
