JOB OVERVIEW

The UnbrokenExperience, LLC is a program designed to strengthen the foundation of relationships through 1:1 and Group Coaching, Community Workshops, Training and Events so the relationships in our lives can remain unbroken.

The Unbroken Experience, LLC is in need of a skilled and effective Virtual Executive Assistant who is capable of handling and performing office task given by the head of the organization which includes organizing any business-related schedule and answering all the concerns of the clients and partners thru phone calls and emails. An Executive Assistant that is accountable for preparing all essential documents and reports to maintain proper
documentation and filing system; also responsible for distributing task to the in-charge staff to make certain for the
timely accomplishment of project and to conduct research or data gathering if it is necessary. Managing appointments and keeping all the organization’s operations and materials confidential is also part of the position’s ---------- SENTIAL ROLES AND DUTIES
• Sees to answer phone and perform routing calls when necessary in order to accommodate the issues and concerns of the client.
• Prepares financial statement, minutes, reports, memos, invoice letters and every important document by consolidating all essential data to guarantee proper documentation and accurate content for each.
• Manages professional and personal appointment schedules including agendas, emails, travel plan, client and client management to make certain in attaining an organize timetable.
• Conducts research and data gathering to prepare important documents for review and presentation by the executives.
• Maintains professionalism by means of protecting the operations and materials to ensure confidentiality and to promote discretion when dealing with the organization’s transaction.
• Secures to complete the project of the organization by means of giving the tasks appropriately to clerical staff and monitoring the results to make certain in accomplishing the project within the given time frame.
• Handles incoming memos and submissions including its proper distribution through reading and analyzing each to ensure that the contents are accurate and to prevent delays.
• Performs administrative and offices duties such as typing, encoding, faxing, maintenance of filing system, contact/record database even helping for the preparation of any virtual meetings via zoom to make certain
in providing administrative support.

JOB SPECIFICATION
Must have 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant

Vital Skills
• Exceptional in both oral and written communication skills
• Experience in the Credit Repair Industry as that is a part of our Financial Literacy division. Not required.... but preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and other office tools with interest to learn new and updated software/systems
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to organize and prioritize daily workload
• Good in problem-solving, decision making and can accomplish given task on time
• Flexible, keen to details, adaptable and can work under pressure with no supervision

WORKING HOURS:
40 hours per week
