About Empower Transaction Services:

We are the team that solves the Admin equation of Residential Real Estate. The Empower team realized that the majority of Realtors enjoy working with clients to help them buy and sell properties while they are not fond of doing paperwork. With this in mind, we created Empower Transaction Management. We save Realtors time during the contract to close and listing processes so they can focus on building relationships and increasing sales. With our state of the art processes, we are to give Realtors a team to help them win listings and wow clients. Job description:

This jobs is a relationship sales job that requires active listening. We want to build long term relationships with the Realtors and the Real Estate community. We are looking for a competent, motivated, and ambitious Sales Account Executive to join our team. If you love finding new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients, this job is for you! You’ll be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our customer base. Your daily duties will be calling Realtors and providing them with our value proposition.

We are expecting you to have skills and experience in sales and in customer service, that you are forward-thinking, self-driven and result oriented.

Must provide a 30 second audio or video recording to be considered for the position.

Duties and responsibilities:

Prospecting/ Calling upon the Realtor database is the main job

Convince Realtors to utilize our services
Exceed all sales goals and quotas
Manage the entire sales cycle
Assist in finding prospects and leads
Identify new sales opportunities
Build strong client relationships
Provide customer support when needed
Learn new product and services features and benefits
Enthusiastic and passionate
Must be able to use the CRM Follow Up Boss
Must have a stable internet connection
Daily Meeting Attendance ( Mon - Fri )
Headset is needed


Experience:

1 year of phone sales minimum
Call Center work preferred
Education: Call Center Sales / Previous Sales
Additional Compensation: Commission
Work Location: Austin Texas
Paid Training: Yes
Management: Report to Sales Manager
Typical start time: 9AM CST
Typical end time: 6PM CST
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Remotely: Yes 100%
Full Time
Salary - 6$ per hour plus bonus up to 20$ dollars per hour or more
