Long Term Virtual Assistant - Lead Generator and Cold Caller

Needs to hire 2 Freelancers
Highly Respected Real-Estate Company in Richmond, Virginia is looking for an experienced Leads Manager and Cold Caller to grow with our company!
Candidate must possess the following:

1. Must be experienced and familiar with dialers like Call Tools or Mojo
2. Must be very comfortable making uncomfortable phone calls
3. Must have at least a basic understanding of real estate
4. Must be good at balancing different priorities
5. Must be a critical thinker and able to learn fast
6. Must be teachable
7. Must be motivated to work and self-driven
8. Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment
9. Must have own computer and reliable/stable fast internet (backup power required)
10. Must have basic to intermediate skills in working with data in Microsoft Excel
*Experience with Podio/Globiflow is a HUGE plus but not required
*Experience with Listsource and Propstream also a plus but not required.
*Virtual Assistant experience, preferably telemarketing, customer service, or related field is highly desired. Must be comfortable talking on the phone and comfortable with rejection on the phone.
This is a full-time position and starts IMMEDIATELY
