P20260201 Virtual Assistant - Product Research & SEO

We are seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant to support market research, product listings and SEO for our US e-commerce business. We are open to professionals with different backgrounds as long as you have strong English skills, possess a natural flair for aesthetics and an analytical mindset. You will join a close-knit Filipino remote team. We value respect, support, and long-term collaboration - many teammates have been with us for 4-6 years.

* Hours: Monday–Friday, PH time (no night shift)
* Salary: PHP 25,000 – 45,000/month (based on related experience)
* Bonus: 13th-month bonus + performance incentives
* Off Days: Major holidays off, and 10 paid leave days

## What You’ll Be Doing
- Research product ideas, trends, and customer demand for the US market
- Analyze competitor listings to understand what attracts buyers
- Organize research findings into simple, actionable plans
- Write clear, keyword-focused product titles and descriptions for search visibility
- Support product launches by working closely with designers and operations specialists
- Process orders and handle customer emails

## What We’re Looking For
- Age 28 years or older (maturity and work stability preferred)
- Strong English reading and writing skills (C2 required) — able to understand American expressions, tone, and gift-giving language
- Comfortable interpreting market data and insights, comparing options, and explaining why certain ideas perform better than others
- Able to work independently after training
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Team-oriented, open to feedback and respectful when collaborating with others
- Reliable and willing to put in extra effort during busy seasons when needed
