JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

We are a growing Ecommerce Business selling electronic devices in Amazon. We are looking for another hardworking and dedicated individual to be added to the team.

We need someone who has strong skills and experience with the following:

A. Social Media Management

- Find contents and schedule posts using Hootsuite

B. Email Marketing

- Create weekly newsletters and campaigns using Mailchimp

C. Product Promotion

- Promote products through various deal websites
- Search other platforms to post product deals to generate sales

D. Email & Phone Support

- Responding to customers' emails and chats on email and chat platform
- Must be technically inclined and knows how to use CRM or email software
- Be able to provide customer support via phone call, email and chat



OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Possible Working Hours: anytime between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST (8 hhours a day, a PLUS if you can work during weekends)
- Willing to work during US working hours and is open to work even weekends if needed
- Must have stable internet connection
- Must be hardworking, dedicated, detail-oriented, has work ethics and strong communication skills
- Must be a team player and has the initiative to help other teams.
- Fluent in English (since you will communicate via phone, email or chat.
- Can start immediately
