Expert wordpress setup, Graphic designer and cpanel employee required

Hello We are a British company looking for an Wordpress expert who also has web design and graphics experience and also experience using c panel .

We require graphics done for some wordpress blogs to maximize the visual appeal of our websites.The layout of the websites will be exactly the same as the websites below. We are looking for someone with a natural flair for graphic design and expereince in dreamweaver or similar

The right candidate will also have plenty of experience using wordpress as alot of the role consists of this. Experience of cpanel is needed.

The role will consist of 1. building wordpress blog 2. designing graphics of the blog 3. handling c panel
