DESCRIPTION AND INFORMATION: We are looking for efficient, dedicated loyal individuals that can contribute to our goal of being the best in class for a healthcare waste disposal company in the United States.

1. Lead a team of Quality Assurance specialists to ensure that processes and practices deliver a client-satisfactory performance.
2. Develop and implement a process audit strategy to identify improvement initiatives for the various processes in the monitoring center.
3. Analyze key performance metrics and work with the operations team on improvement initiatives.
4. Identify and address systemic issues arising from root cause investigation and analysis of performance misses.
5. Manage process performance issues and drive resolution via the key stakeholders and owners of the various processes.
