SEO / Social Media Manager

**Introduction/Background:

We are a growing e-commerce company that has social media platforms, marketing, and SEO development work that needs to happen to grow. We need to create click worthy ads and linkbacks to attract attention to our website. We need someone who knows or is interested in or willing to learn about the boating/sailing industry. Also the worker would have a good attitude and ready to have fun building a brand with a good culture.

**Job Description:

The worker will use social media management skills to architect and enhance company social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.
The responsibility of the worker is to perform tasks related to Search Engine Optimization for the website for organic search; from keyword research, to Meta Data content, to pulling performance numbers for ---------- essence, they understand the core concepts behind SEO, know how to find keyword opportunities, and have enough working knowledge to pull and interpret from Google Analytics or any other common data source.

An individual who has skills in video transcription is good but not a requirement.

The job may require some basic administrative assistant work.

Experience in Social Media Management - Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest, Buffer, YouTube
-Social Media SEO: Monitoring and Growing social media accounts through posts and interaction.
-Finding sites that are candidates for and attaining link backs
-The social media accounts should portray a fun and active personality
-Engaging followers/likes in conversations about sailing/boating
-Using social media to create brand awareness
-Posting ads on social media platforms

**Experience in SEO monitoring/development
-Finding relevant and organic keyword tags and phrases for search potential
-SEO words on web pages for optimization on search engines
-Build meta tags and keywords
-Finding followers and users relevant to industry
-Finding pages/people where there is a possibility to attain link backs; email owner to request

**Create Ads
-Create visual appealing ads that entice and attract clicks
-Creative and also consistent ads in color, font, logos and images
-Clear and eye catching ads that take no more than 3 seconds to view
-Create newsletters that are concise while interesting
