Customer Telephone Support

*** PLEASE READ FULL JOB DESCRIPTION***
This position's responsibilities:
Answer phone calls from 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday - Friday(weekends are optional). Your job will be to take messages and direct calls.

The websites you will work on are:
Dialpad(VOIP)
Google Sheets(for taking notes)

Traits we are looking for:
Very Fluent in English - American callers able to clearly understand you. An ability to articulately communicate in English.
Technologically Savy - Familiarity/experience with similar web applications. Training will be provided for all web applications.
Prior experience in a call center - Not required but is preferred


This is a long term position. We are looking for someone that is excited to learn and grow.
