Our business is expanding and we’re now building a media company from the ground up. We’re looking for an experienced content creator to join our team. The site is in the scrapbooking industry.

As you read above we’re creating a media company from the ground up. We’re a tight-knit team that relies on each other to get the job done on time and on budget. We’re very supportive of one another and are constantly helping each other get through any obstacles we face. We’re motivated. We’re driven.

We know our stuff and we continually learn.

By the way, we also believe in constantly improving our systems. We believe, “Just because it works, doesn’t mean it can’t work better.” That’s part of the reason we write such long job ads. They tend to filter most people out. We only work with people who are committed to following through and finishing what they start!

Some questions you may have...

Is this a full-time job?
Yes it is. We expect a full 40 hour work week and we have systems that track that.

Do I have to work certain hours?
For the most part, no you don’t. We allow everyone on our team to work when they’d like (within reason). We ask they fill out a calendar with their work hours so we know when they’ll be available, but those hours are pretty much up to you. There are times, however, when a particular project needs attention and then will ask you to adjust those hours. Those times are rare.

What’s the salary?
Our base salary starts at 1,7000 pesos per month but we are willing to go higher for the right person. If you require more, please let us know.

Do you honor 13th Month?
Yes we do.

Have you worked with Filipinos before?
Yes we have, we currently have 2 on our team.

How will you communicate with me?
We use Hipchat (similar to Skype), email, Asana (task management system), and plenty of screencasts. We’ll show you how to use Asana if you aren’t familiar with it.

Can I work for others?
We are a committed team so we ask that you commit to only working with us.
