I am looking for someone to manage my team. Must be able to take a TON of content, and get it organized for distribution, and keep it organized. Must be able to edit, review articles to ensure quality. Must be able to comprehend the SEO plan, and keep it on target with regular updates and ongoing communication. Must understand the importance of keyword focus throughout the entire SEO chain of events. Knowledge of Traffic Geyser, spinning software, bookmarking, RSS feeds, etc... all a MUST.

English skills must be excellent, for grammar and content.

I am consistent, reasonable and have very high standards. When you prove yourself, you will find I will treat you very well.

To work for me, you must agree to login to software you will download on your computer which will monitor computer usage during times that you will be paid for. All other times, this monitoring software is not functional. In other words, I will require installation of software that monitors what you do on the computer during hours that you are paid for. This simply eliminates any worries about other activities during that you are being paid salary.

To some this sounds harsh. This job is not for you.
