JOB OVERVIEW

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Acknowledges payments
• Sends out and acknowledges forms to and from all the customers who signed-up with service.
• Assigns projects to the production team
• Sends out completed projects
• Assist CSR and Production Team whenever needed
• Follow-up customers who haven’t submitted the form necessary to start the project.
• Will be trained to work as Email Support after 8-10 weeks (with different salary grade)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 or more solid experience in customer, email and sales support•Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledgeable in using MS Office, Slack, ASANA and/or Basecamp
• Values integrity
• Detail Oriented
• Team player and is very open in learning new skills
• Receptive to feedback and able to take it to improve performance
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift
• With a back-up computer and/or connection

• Schedule: 8AM-5PM EST
• 8H/day - 40H/week
