Social Media Manager

Hello!
I am an internet entrepreneur who needs ongoing assistance with social media management.

I am an Arbonne National VIce President. I am on a mission to grow a massive organization of health and wellness warriors that are looking for financial freedom and creating a legacy that they can be proud of.

I am looking for a VA that has an incredibly strong understanding of all social media platforms so they can create the content (I’ll give copy and direction) and optimize the platforms to grow. I believe in building up everyone that we work with, and we'd like to create a long-term win/win relationship that is lucrative for both of us!

I would like to start a part-time role (between 40 to 50 hours a month) but if we can show success, there may be more hours available.

Here’s a list of the required skills and responsibilities:
-Strong attention to detail (this is very important as we cannot have misspelled words)
-Able to look at monthly analytics and accurately convey what those analytics mean to me.
-Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You'll need to post and manage these platforms
-Understanding of HootSuite, Later and Tailwind
-Can take direction and rolls with the punches
-Flexible work hours in the central time zone
-Excellent communication and follow up, as we expect a timely response within 24-hours

Here are some additional skills that are preferred but not required:
-References to other accounts you've managed
-Additional lead generation experience
-Design portfolio is a plus
-Experience growing a major social media account is a plus.
