VA for Admin + Cold Outbound Prospecting

Hi future teammate!

I run a marketing agency and am looking for a VA I can trust and who eventually I can form a long-term working relationship with. I am based in US Eastern Time Zone and looking for someone to work the same daytime hours as me.

Primary tasks will include:
- Scrape and compile email list within target industry niche
- Cold email set up and sending of daily cold email scripts
- Outbound messaging on social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, & Instagram
- Tracking / recording / data entry tasks for KPI management
- Other administrative tasks and SOPs, as they come up
Note: all tools, software, training and support will be provided!

Who should apply:
- Someone with high attention to detail and able to execute data entry and workflow well
- Comfortable some level of uncertainty (as the agency develops, systems and SOPs may change along the way)
- Great attitude: coachable, able to adapt, can learn well and learn quickly, speaks their mind, not afraid to provide ideas and solutions to improve and innovate and tell me when i'm wrong (I very much welcome it!)
- Prior experience in marketing and prospecting is a plus, but by no means necessary
