Wordpress and Google Adds Pro

We are looking for someone who is a pro on Wordpress to join our team and improve our current website which is on Wordpress, initially to make some immediate changes for instance adding CTA buttons, merging our reviews on Google onto the site creating a pop us chat facility etc and assuring a better conversion rate of people going to our site and taking action.
You would also have expert knowledge of google adds/campaigns/analytics to enable us to improve our current return on investment on add spend.
Over a short period of time we would expect our marketing forecasting to become predictable, reliable and sustainable based on the effort of yourself.
We would setup with yourself achievable KPI's in order to achieve the company sales targets through marketing.
This would be an ongoing and expanding role for the right person.

NB - we would require you to attach a short video (mobile) along with your CV and credentials, telling us a bit about yourself and what you think makes you the stand out candidate that will make a huge difference to our company in the UK.
