Stonecutter is a New York-based company with the goal of building brands as major players in Amazon Seller Central. We service businesses by efficiently building, operating, and maintaining storefronts in Amazon.
We are looking to add an Amazon Product Specialist to our team who will assist in managing multiple accounts. We do everything from account creation, account management & maintenance.
What is your primary responsibility?
--- Assist Operations & Account Manager handling several Amazon Seller Central Storefronts.
This includes the following tasks:
--- Knowledge in working with flat files and general product data Management
--- Creation and maintenance of new and existing Product Catalogues
--- Perform all related Customer Service tasks
--- Be on top of all notifications and listing issues
--- Resolve all types of Listing Issues
--- Communicate with Seller Central Support via
--- Other ad-hoc tasks that will support Seller Central activities
What makes you perfect for this position?
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel IS A MUST specifically VLOOKUP functionality
--- 2-3 of years experience working in Seller Central
--- Good understanding of FBA & FBM and Seller Central as a whole
--- Knowledge working with ClickUp and Eller Seller is a plus
Work From Home Set-Up & Work Schedule. Since this role is 100% remote, we require:
--- A stable internet service is a must. The primary internet should be cabled wired on either DSL or FIBER connection with a download/ upload minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
--- Should have a backup internet solution - LTE Mobile Data or Pocket WIFI
--- Willing to work night shift - US EST Hours
--- A desktop Computer or Laptop preferably with Intel i3 or equivalent processor, Windows 7 and above or MAC OSX OS, 4GB RAM
--- A good headset with extended microphone and noise cancellation is preferred
--- Good external or integrated webcam
