Virtual Assistant for Fitness Company

Hello, I'm looking to hire someone as soon as possible to work 25-35 hours a week for my fitness company.
Task will include:
-Video Editing (which you will need to already be proficient at)
-Web development (can be learned on the job)
-Outreach/sales through social media, email and possibly phone calls
