System analyst KL Malaysia

Responsibilities:
As we are rapidly growing our team, we are looking for experienced Java developers who
would be eager to join us in planning and executing both client and internal projects,
following through the entire software development lifecycle. The role would include:
? Gathering, managing and documenting user requirements, transforming them into
Business Requirements & Functional Requirements Documents.
? Conducting system gap analyses as well as technical architecture, infrastructure and
application design.
? Leading and performing application development and deployment activities.
? Training, mentoring and sharing knowledge with your peers and juniors, contributing
to an environment of continuous improvement and growth as a team.
d. Requirements:
? Degree holder, preferably in IT or closely related field.
? 3 - 6 years of experience in Java (J2SE + J2EE), JavaScript, JSP, Servlets, HTML,
SQL, Unix, Linux and XML.
? Knowledge of Oracle 10g, JDeveloper, and/or retail merchandising business
processes would be an advantage.
? Must be able to communicate fluently in English. Ability to read, write, and converse
in Mandarin is an advantage.
? Adaptable, meticulous, innovative, independent and self-motivated, with good
problem solving skills.
