Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Business

Looking for a virtual assistant to help with skip tracing (looking up homeowners for their phone number), cold calling those potential homeowners and screening them with a script that will be provided. Motivated homeowners wanting to sell their home the virtual assistant will also set appointment for me to meet homeowner.
Starting off 10-15 hours a week and could be more depending on how well you do.
