Google merchant expert

Looking for a Google Shopping Expert to deal with our Suspension.

Our suspension is as follows;
Account suspended due to policy violation: Misrepresentation of self or product (Untrustworthy promotions)

There was no specific details given, we have come to the conclusion this is related to our business model, but everything we changed was still disapproved.

We initially were told it was the refunds and returns policy, which we nstantly fixed and google approved and said it was correct, weeks and weeks have past but for some reason we were still suspended.

This error could be something tremendously small, which is being flagged by google_bots and we are unable to find it. It could be related to our other company website, marketplaces, our business practice overall, that a product is displayed negatively to google, etc..


The task of this project is to go through our entire website, find what is wrong and make the necessary adjustments, and do whatever it takes to remove the suspension. This project is only complete if our Merchant Center goes live.

This project will focus on getting our Merchant Center live.

We requested a review as of two days ago, received notification we are still suspended.



Remove our Google Shopping Suspension
