This job requires you to keep the CRM system up to date with each call, specific information which is required to be gathered from the prospective customers.
This job is for a professional to make calls to New Zealand businesses so being available to work during business hours as per New Zealand time generally 9 am - 5 pm, this is an important part of the role.
Every call could be a prospect as all businesses need a Telephone System and Telephone Business Line Billing requirements. So it will be important to identify when the prospects Contract for both the Telephone System and Telephone Business Account are due to mature. We will need to identify the person responsible and get their name and email address for ongoing contact. If you identify they are in a position to review either of their Telephone Systems or Business Lines immediately the objective would be to make an appointment.
You will also monitor the activity on our Websites and interact with visitors via chat, specifically Google visitors.
Would be looking for a full time person who can work for a reasonable base but prefers to be rewarded with bonuses for successful sales.

- Qualify and allocate leads for sales Director.
- Update the CRM, document, track and monitor all leads and interactions.
- Identify and nurture relationships with prospects via phone & email.
- Develop deep knowledge of our products and offer customized business solutions to prospects.
- Follow up with any leads to ensure the appointment went well and they wish to procede to proposal stage.
Your qualifications:
- Primary skill: Lead Generation
- Experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple on-going relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
