Urgently an experienced designer for our team.

Hi

I am looking only for Top Notch, experienced designer who can produce original designs with following criteria.

Must have solid understanding and command in English.

Must be able to produce MULTIPLE designs within a hour.

Must be able to produce without lots of hand holding and should be an independent worker.

Must be CREATE and take the initiative to offer feedback and suggestions!

Must be able to manage other task related to this.

VERY IMPORTANT - Should be responsive and easily accessible. Should have proven, original designs to show.

You should be able to work atleast 7-8 daily. Sundays will be mostly off very rarely we would work sometime for 1-2 hrs.

You will be offered with bonuses in future.

You must be quick learner and must be very very creative at the same time.

What exactly I am looking for is pure SKILL and CREATIVITY. I am looking for someone to work with long term and potentially EMPLOY full time if you work fast, correctly & professionally.
