Immediate Opening: Project Manager for start-up Hosting / Web Design / Business Solutions Provider

ixoDigital is seeking a full time experienced project manager to work remotely, between the hours of 9am-5pm +8GMT. Work is to be carried out using company provided email, skype and phone. This is a long term role with excellent long term opportunities for growth.
This varied role will suit an individual with experience in managing digital projects and teams and consist of the following key duties:
• Source / hire / assemble and manage a professional team for a certain task, including designers, developers, system administrators and support staff.
• Creating, Tracking and managing projects, assigning project milestones and checking/approving all completed work.
• You will need to hold the contractors accountable for quality of work and for deadlines.
• Answering questions from contractors and following directions from management. You must have great initiative and a clear ability to organise.
• Liaise with clients to understand/manage their expectations of the project, provide updates and follow up with appointments and emails.
• Contribute with the design, development and deployment of websites or software
• Review and perform a technical analysis of requirements
• Produce a solid, detailed technical design
• Ensure all code is clean, modular, robust to implement the desired requirements and standards
• Translate business and user requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts
• Communicate design strategy and rationale to our team, including managers and other key stakeholders
• Work with designers to produce sketches, visual design mockups, visual assets and documentation required for proper implementation
• Incorporate user interface design standards across the website, as needed

• QA skills for viewing a website for both functionality and appearance.
• Technical Skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Photoshop, WordPress, PHP, CSS, HTML.

• PHP hosting and server setup.
• Connectwise or other project management software experience.
• Domain and DNS knowledge/experience.
• Creative and Technical writing skills
• A sense of humour.
