Tech Developer / Website and App tech

I need someone on the time that is good with websites, programs and technical things. Most things will be drag-and drop / simple but I need someone that can work things that may be a little more intense than that at times. I'd like someone on the team that can:

-Update website regularly (squarespace website) 1x per week
-Develop an app using a drag-and drop system (Upgrade to see actual info)
-Update and add info to Kajabi Membership site when needed (probably 1x per week
-Upload + Add videos to YouTube
****Possibly optimize site for better SEO as necessary
