1. Responsible in planning, organizing the employees payroll, government mandated benefits and final pays and ensuring that systems and procedures are properly implemented. Payroll, AR/AP
2. Maintains cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements.
3. Monitors cash disbursements by verifying check amounts against invoices.
4. Monitors cash and transfers.
5. Approves ledger entries by auditing transactions.
6. Renews business insurance by scheduling values including personal and real property, vehicles, computers, equipment and accounts receivable.
