We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Virtual Assistant that PAYS ATTENTION TO DETAILS and can EXECUTE WITH EXCELLENCE to be part of our Rockstar VA Team for a well-established business.

• Understand the world of digital marketing.
• Can work with minimum supervision.

Some of the tasks you will be performing are:
• Admin Tasks
• Social Media Management
• Graphic designs
• Research
• Calendar Management
• WordPress Management
• Content Writing

The software we frequently use are:
Infusionsoft, WordPress, Trello, Dropbox, Typeform, and Recurpost, and Canva

PLEASE NOTE THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW:
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Familiar with copywriting and can write pitches and copy.
- Familiar with Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Know how to do basic WordPress blog posting
- Knows social media management
- Understand social media and have experience posting, scheduling, and creating the content
- Can research topics and information on the internet.
- Understand CRM’s, Sales Funnels & Email Sequences
- Efficient and accurate at data entry and pays attention to details.

Video Editing, SEO, Google Analytics & Affiliate Marketing, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Infusionsoft
