Customer Service VA

We are looking for a committed VA to handle customer service support for our online e-commerce store. We want serious people only as we are looking for a long term VA that can potentially be promoted to be our project manager in the future.

Requirements:
- 4 hours/day, Monday to Saturday
- Work hours: 11am-12pm, 1pm-4pm Philippines time (lunch break 12pm-1pm)
- Fixed work ---------- bargain
- Must be equipped with backup internet ---------- downtime is acceptable
- Must be able to travel to a workplace with electricity in the event of power outage
- Patient, hardworking and proactive
- Willing to learn
- Have experience in customer service
- Familiar with Shopify and Zendesk
- Fluent in written English with proper grammar skills

Tasks:
1. Handle customer emails through Zendesk
2. Handle Shopify order export and fulfillment
