Remote Skills is (probably) the only non-profit recruitment agency. We intend to land qualified Filipino professionals their dream job at international companies. Remote Skills operates under The Give a Chance Foundation, helping all kinds of less fortunate people in the Philippines. Some of our beneficiaries include teenage moms and orphaned/abandoned street children.

What you will be doing

As a senior recruiter, you know where to find the right professionals that match with our clients. You want to realize your goals like no other. As far as we are concerned, pleasure is just as much part of working. But first and foremost is results! We always try to exceed expectations.
You are responsible for the recruitment of IT professionals. You will collect the question internally and draw up a profile together with the client. You look if the candidate has the right set of skills, but you are certainly someone who looks at the person behind a resume. You see opportunities and use them!

You are involved in the entire recruitment process, and you carry it out carefully, from sourcing the potential candidate to closing the Upgrade to see actual info two working days are the same.
You will be part of a team of recruiters with whom you work Upgrade to see actual info this way, you can use your colleagues as a sparring partner.

Who are you?

You have a bachelor's degree.
You have the power to persuade both clients and candidates to make the right choice.
You are handy with Social Media, such as LinkedIn.
You like to increase online visibility.
You enjoy making contact with people you don't know yet.
You have the will to achieve success and are willing to get the best out of yourself and your colleagues.
You are curious, spontaneous, and flexible, and you work carefully and customer-oriented.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
