SEO, Social Media, Web Developer...all rounder!

Exceptional skills in finding new ways to effectively market a new national e commerce site. Up to date knowledge in using all areas associated to Social media marketing and SEO

We are a family operated business specialising in the wholesaling of bed & bath linen and associated accessories. We have recently branched out into the retail landscape and need help from a savvy IT specialist in marketing it.
Trust is of the highest importance along with the desire and passion to help grow an e commerce site from its launch stage to something big!
We also have a growing ebay store and would like to potential extend responsibilities over to maintaining store listings etc.
Initially this position would be a mixture of web development/changes and SEO
As the site becomes more up to date, the focus would be on SEO and social media. Volusion experience would be highly regarded.
Job Description:
Your responsibilities:

-Ability to update products with basic web site management using the Volusion platform.
-Help with using relevant Volusion software for the creation of marketing campaigns, promotional newsletters, possible integration with existing ebay store etc.
- Ensure that all websites and internet properties meet content and architecture requirements for SEO best practices
- Collaborate with team members to improve site performance, identify top keywords, develop content strategies and other optimization opportunities
- Build systems and protocols internally that continually ensure that the website and relevant properties are optimized
- Review and analyze company website for areas that need to be detailed or improved
- Provide and organize comprehensive SEO reports
- Perform keyword analysis for pay per click (PPC) campaigns and organic search results
- Promote activities and interactions that build ranking and increase awareness of the company's profile
-Build an effective social media campaign using the likes of Facebook, Pinterest, Google plus etc.
-Be pro active with recommending improvements to the site etc

Your qualifications:

- Understanding of search engine ranking algorithms
