Build a TaskRabbit clone software for House Cleaning

I need to build a custom software for our House Cleaning business that is very similar to Task Rabbit website. We need cleaners to be able to input their rates, their service area and their availability. We need customers to be able to request a cleaning based on day, time, frequency and items to clean. Then the user will see a list of all the available cleaners along with their photo, their rates, their reviews and their bio. The user books a cleaning with the worker they like and then a private chat is created between the worker and the customer. The worker can ask more details about the cleaning and then the worker can accept or decline this job.
